Complete the following sentences:
Simple Past or Present Perfect??
1. Jenny left (leave) the office an hour ago.
2. I'm afraid, Mary isn't here. She has already left . (already / leave) the office.
3. Today, she has been (be) really busy and it's only 2:00 P.M. She still has a lot of things to do. (la journée n'est pas terminée = present perfect)
4. Yesterday, I was very busy. I left my work at 8 pm.
5. We went to an interesting Seminar last month.
6. I have never (never/be) been to Japan.
7. I haven't finished my test yet.
8. He saw (see) David a few days ago. ( !! I have just seen David in the street!)
Past simple = action passée terminée (avec "ago", "yesterday, last week etc...
present perfect avec already, not ..yet, never, ever.
